I also contacted roush fun this afternoon and apologized and sent tracking info he has been very patient with me and I am grateful for it! I will also be sending a partial refund through PayPal

the last thing I want is for anyone to be taken advantage of or think I'm a bad person I also apologize for any problems I caused the board!

He replied to my PM. Situation should be taken care of. Communication is a go/no-go exercise. Obliviously you got a no-go at this station. In the future moving forward when you sale an item, communicate. The lack thereof has caused the issue. Thanks for getting on top of this although you should have been from the start. actually my reason for response was because of my bank when i went to make a transaction everything came to light.

not back peddle when im wrong im wrong partial refund is to show the person that i do apologize for my error. im sure all the buisness guys will agree when a mistake is made on there end to show good faith they will offer extended services help etc, thats good buisness in my opinion and thats all im trying to doing

Chill out, Im not sure cause I would have to read a miilion pages in this thread to find out if you have ever listed a bad seller but... if you bought something, paid for it, and two weeks later still had not received the item, and the seller would not return your PM's, you would be in here flaming that person. So.. chill out. I have been in contact with both the seller and the buyer, this issue seems to be resolved /THREAD. On to better things, you guys drop this one. Thanks

I wasn't talking about the original buyer I'm talking about the peanut gallery that comes in here and jumps on one guys dick and rides it, like its the only truth! And when the supposed bad guy does the right thing they still flame him and accuse him of back peddling and stupid shit like that! Grow a pair and stop feeding into peer pressure of stirring the shit pot! Keep that in the pitstop or wherever! This is where people come to get problems sorted out! I think this should be a "Read Only" thread. Where admins and the two people in the confrontation can post about what's going on! Not a fucking jockey contest of who can ride someone's dick the best!

Fair enough. I don't usually get that heated about anything and ill go ahead and say that the back peddling comment was just the straw that broke the camels back for me.. So not just you bro. The "read only" part has some merit, but.. when people fail to communicate and they are obviously avoiding then that sucks. Sometimes the pressure is what gets the ball rolling. 1 guy sending pm's or even a couple mods vs 20 people stirring the pot. Which has better results? Yes sometimes overdone maybe even uncalled for at times. It usually does get the attention tho.

I think the mods on here do a good job and happy with the forum.

Glad the deal was made whole or whatever happened there.

I disagree with the read only suggestion. Issues get brought up here because communication between the buyer and seller has diminished. If the accused ignores pm's and messages, he'll ignore the single post here as well. What gets results is the entourage of people posting up in support, opposition, and/or looking for answers and offering advice or assistance. It literally forces the accused to come to life and explain/defend his side of the story, and make things right if needed.
