That's a valid suggestion. But, the buyer says everything should have been clean, so if there was dirt/debris in there, it would have only been a small amount. Possibly even one "chunk". Enough to plug up an injector, but not enough to plug up any of the others.
Sometimes on a new build, no matter how hard you try to avoid it, crap sneaks into places it's not supposed to.
I concur with Sam. Just because only one injector messed up, doesn't mean there wasn't dirt in the system. Could also have happened during install.
I just hate to see Bobby getting his name smeared and Woody feeling like he got fucked. From what I've seen the couple years I've been around, Bobby seems to be a stand-up guy. On the other hand, I've enjoyed reading Woody's post. Seems like this is just a totally fucked up situation for either of these guys to be in. The dirt/debris could've come from either place, manufacturer/end user and there's really noway to pinpoint it. In this case, the end user is at the mercy of the manufacturer and it puts Bobby in the middle, a totally fucked up place to be during a dispute.
