The seller sent me a pm offering the rear pads for 55 shipped. I replied and told him i needed his paypal. Later he sends another pm saying that he cant sell the rears now because his buyer for the fronts backed out. I sent a pm saying that we agreed to a price and now your backing out because of someone else. Thats not right. Then i get another pm from him saying Yeah but that was assuming the other guy was going to buy the fronts like he said on the thread but he wasn't willing to pay enough for the fronts. I replied with, I still dont agree with it but your gonna do what you feel is right. GLWS.


Im sorry man but you offered the pads for 55 shipped and then backed out because of someone else not wanting to pay for the fronts. That should have been your problem and instead of it being yours, you make it mine. Thanks.

I agree^^Unless there was that contingency in your deal with him, he should have held his end of the bargain. itrader is about the only re-course you have on this one though..

I agree. The asshole says at first that he wants to keep them as a complete set and I completely understand that. HOWEVER, the thread then took a direction where in the front's and rears were under negotiation. You accepted his price. That's it, period. Nothing at all should have changed the fact that you both agreed to the deal and you were ready to pay up. Then he backs out because the other guy fucked HIM. So he just let that fucking roll down hill and fucked YOU over. And I bet the asshole was pissed off talking shit about the guy who wouldn't pay up after saying he wanted them!

IMO, both of them should be banned from the sales section and then ridiculed in public for acting like the dishonest pieces of shit they've both proven themselves to be. You make a deal and then back out of it makes you a dishonest, pathetic little boy in a man's skin.


BTW, thanks for the heads up brother. I will for sure never buy or sell anything to either of them. They are both completely untrustworthy.

You guys are acting like i was trying to play ebay with the brake pads. All i was trying to do was to get the amount i asked for (130 + shipping) and doing 2 people a favor by selling the pads separately. So what i did was pm jewc75 and Mr.Q the prices i could sell them for to equal the asking price plus i had to pay shipping to 2 different addresses. Mr.Q was only wiling to pay 75 shipped not 85 shipped like i asked. So because of that i couldn't split them up. I do admit i was wrong for making it seem like it was confirmed 100%, but when i pmed jewc75 but i was under the impression Mr.q was going to buy them by the way he posted on my for sale thread.

JDM sucks I'm sending these 4 boxes of 5500.00 junk back to there ass. There full of excuses and i am taking my business else where. I have been waiting since march to receive items they supposed had in stock and had to threaten them to get them to ship my order. When I received it the heads were the old style no polish at all just ruff cnc port work. I paid for stage 3 heads with over sized Manley valves and they sent these with stock exhaust valves. The heads are still dirty from who ever ran them before sending them in as cores, were supposed to be "new" Beware is all I'm saying there customer service sucks.

I would never buy from hillbank motorsports again. charged my card for a CS6 front bumper. I waited 2 months and nothing showed up. after multiple call backs and different stories every time and a few perma-hold calls, i finally got them to refund my card. they definately made sure I knew my order was small beans to them. D-bags.

He said he sent it, like two months ago. I got a hold of him later he said he never sent it. Lost contact with him for a week, he said he'll mail it out in the morning, and he was sorry and would reply with a tracking number, and haven't heard from him in a good month now. No pipe. I still have all the texts. And I wired him the money as goods. I have all of our conversations.

After pages and pages of PM's, telling me that he will make it right, etc etc. He refuses to make it right. SherrodMustang wants me to ship it back at my expense, and MAYBE he will refund part of the money.

I have opened a dispute via paypal. In the mean time I am out my money for nothing. I can't express how frustrating this is.

Exactly what's wrong with it anyways. I've had literally dozens of them shipped to me and the biggest problem is people don't pull the CD's out prior to shipping and it dislodges the cd swingarm in the player and caused a CD error.
