91 race tune on my GT and you can lick my tailpipes, the V6 is a different story, I have to buy extra carbon certificates to live here in CA LOL

Yea my tune is fine. Doug is cool,no issues with him at all. Looks like this whole mess got cleaned up,good it was really starting to piss me off.

Not Thereaper his pipes are perfectly clean. Must be the amsoil.

You could be right. I don't have a oil separator and I never loose any oil either.

I will admit that I get a little GTA smut with the Performance tune but with the 93 Race tune the tips stay very clean like I stated before.

I clean mine daily, so I do not have to look at black caked on tailpipes. I do not loose any oil either. I live way up here at 5600 ft above sea level,so maybe that has something to do with it. I just wish we had someone out here who could tune these cars. I have been talking with the some of the drag racers in Texas, who will take care of me. The whole thing is you can get a good email tune, it just will not be as good as a custom dyno tune. Dougs tunes are pretty damn good for a email tune. That is why I sent a lot of people his way. You know that my friend.

91 RACE tune here. I went -6% on my fuel and now my pipes are clean. I always use 93 octane anyway so I figgured I could lean it out a little without getting into trouble. Before my tips were fairly sooty after an afternoon cruise. Dougs auto tunes are awesome.

are you aware that with the X3 you can only change WOT Fuel chart ? basically you´re taking out gas when the engine most needs it.

This is true, even though the resolution of the user options on the X3, Our tunes are written safe and there is no need to change any of the fuel options.

All I know is with my slight change my pipes are clean, datalogging through my laptop shows no knock retard and the cars runs like a scalded dog.....or horse. I am sure a dyno tune would have more fine tuned results but for a mail order tune I am very pleased.
