In your honest opinion, are these cams too rowdy for a DD? Been thinking hard about FRPP Hot Rods, but this deal sounds interesting, but my car is a DD, not a racecar,so it's gotta still have decent drivability.

Honestly, no. I DD my car with them. What I meant by rowdy is they lope like a mother Fucker. They made the car sound like a straight race car, and it was bad for grudge racing. As long as you get a real tune with it, it'll run and drive like stock.

Just to add, I've had the same cams in my car since April 2011 and have driven 20,000 miles since then. Never had driveabillity issues with them.

Yup that's what they sounded like. They sound amazing. And the swap is fairly simple since you don't need to change springs or do any phaser mods.

I dd my car with these cams and longtubes frpp stingers and an off road x pipe it never gets old especially the loos and compliments you get from people in traffic and driving by don't know how many times I've had people roll down their windows to hear them because they don't expect a newer car to sound like that lol . Bump for a grat set of cams at a good buy
