I'm guessing when all these guys come out swinging June 14th things will get interesting. May not be the best weather/conditions but should be fun to watch who walks away with the quickest ET.

Thanks everyone but I'm going to start a fresh thread shortly but I wanted to say a few things.

We could always take off the spray and run another 9lbs of boost like Terry is running (27lbs) but the 2.9L is maxed out.

The problem is the 2.9L Whipple Twin Screw Supercharger is a Street Blower. If you want to compare apples to apples a 4.0L Whipple would be equivalent to the Vortech YSI!

On a side note it went 8.99 and 8.98 @151MPH on 18lbs of Boost Only and 8.74 @ 155MPH on 18lbs with a 50HP Dry Shot.

This car is the slowest (Projected) of the three we're bringing to Norwalk. :stir:

It Ends - 06.14.13 - #5.0 #shootout #evolution #Triple Threat

Wow a 50 shot got you two tenths off. I guess it was all in the 60 ft? I guess the shot was to help it out of the hole? Just curious.

It was more for a cooling factor and a little power.

The car was cutting 1.32 and 1.35 60ft's on Boost Only all day. We were adjusting the suspension after each pass and the 60ft kept improving.

The tires were also brand new so they weren't really seasoned yet...

lol,

I ain't skeered

a 50 shot on top of 18psi is like adding A LOT MORE BOOST

it's probably picking up on a 50 shot with that power level about 100+ rwhp and 175+ ft/lbs

on my lightning with alot less power than this, a 50 shot was good for 80hp and 140ft/lbs to the tires

Norwalk will be a good time , all cars at the same track same day

my car will be able to duplicate it's time at 2k feet of air at it's current weight,

should make for some good racing!

i already told fred on the phone, i ain't skeered

That is very impressive. How much weight reduction have you guys done to that car?
