To get the wheel itself on, its like a 1-2. To get the wiring spliced in is like a 3...depending on your soldering skills. Very straightforward.

Hmm...would I be able to use T-Taps as opposed to soldering?

You could use crimp on connectors if you want, but soldering is more durable.
