i ordered a chin spoiler for my 2012 mustang and it came in thur and it was damaged. i emailed Jarrod and let him know thur night. he sent me out another one fri and got UPS to pick the damaged one up without me having to do anything. not to often someone will send u a replacement part until the other one is returned.
