black alloy touch up

Any recommendations on how to touch up a matte black alloy wheel? Tried the easy route with a sharpie pen but it just ends up looking kind of purple and isn't dark enough to blend.

I have a scratch and some chips in my enkei pf01. TIA

I have taken spray paint and sprayed some in the cap and then used either a qtip or toothpick to add paint to the surface.

You could check an arts/craft store too. I bought some paint markers there for touch ups.
