Got call from stage3motorsports saying they called BMR about my anti roll i ordered for my 06 and they were told by BMR they have them on back order for 2 weeks longer due to BMR changing something with the anti roll bars. Anyone, or even if BMR can step in, know what this change/update is about?

I have talked to Kelly and waiting myself...They said they are changing the design and is supposed to be lighter and also have more parts that are built in-house. Should be released soon.

Kelly said it should mount just like the original one, but couldn't be 100% on that. They will not know until its done.

They changed their relocation bracket design too. And i doubt they will change the directions that will come with the kit too.

Good parts none the less.

^ I just finished putting in the new style relocation brackets yesterday with old instructions. Good thing it only takes common sense for installation.

LOL. I did it like an hour ago and was like WTF? These dont look anything like the ones in the instructions. Where did you put the big metal washer they sent you?

ANd they now have 3 adjustment holesn and are beefy as hell and bolt up to the axle in like 3 to 4 place instead of 2 to 3.

Well, I want to apologize about being late to the party. I somehow missed this thread. I will do my best to answer some questions.

What about it is changing? Reason i havent called BMR is because im at work all night or else i would have asked them myself

The new design stems from a few different things. One is compatibility with the 2011+ platform. The second, we would like to manufacture the entire bar set-up, instead of relying on someone else to make the splined bar that we designed. The last thing, the new design will be substantially lighter and even look a little "cooler" to boot.

They changed their relocation bracket design too. And i doubt they will change the directions that will come with the kit too.

Good parts none the less.

We actually have updated the instructions. They were available on the site long before we started shipping the new design. I believe the redesign is being shipped now with the new instructions. I apologize for those who did not receive the updated instructions.

Here they are on our site:

BMR S197 LOWER CONTROL ARM RELOCATION BRACKET INSTALLATION

Whats different about the relocations now?

The new design has more adjustment (control arm mounting) holes. It also has features an extra mounting point to the factory axle bracket (request from the masses for additional support for the NON welders)...so we listened. However, I still recommend welding them.

Here is the new design:

We are working very hard on getting them completed. Unfortunately (and fortunately at the same time) we have several redesigns and new releases going on during our busiest time of the year. I am hoping to get them shipped very soon. I assure you, the wait will be worth it.

I was just going to ask the same thing.

Also, my set that I got around Christmas time don't look like either one of those two. I only have the one top factory hole and the two lower adjustment holes. They are more "boxier" in design.

We are currently working on revising (restoring you could say) the current instructions.

The correct TQ is 129/130 ft. lbs.

Our website designer apologizes. :thumb:
