He's likely refering to NVH. I have a set of these and the ride is a bit more harsh than a standard poly/poly combo, although this is typically subjective to each person.

There brand new perfect !

Harsh meaning if you hit some good bumps in the road you feel it ...If the roads are smooth to normal they ride just like the poly version ...some of the roads out here in Phoenix look like the Baja 500 !
