nice... so i just got done taking the side skirts off. Will something like windex get the tape off the paint w/o messing it up?

I used Goo Gone to get all the extra 3M off when I added my custom faux gas cap and painted GT fender emblems. I think I just used a wash rag or a shop rag and just put a little bit on it and rubbed it off in a circular motion.

Never messed up mine and if you are suspicious just try it under side skirt so if anything does happen it won't show.

Yeh I had no issue with it either. You could also try bug and tar remover but it don't work as good as goo gone.
