Booyah!
So this weekend I plan on upgrading many components of my brake system before my first real HPDE early next month. I have 2 liters of ATE super blue brake fluid, Hawk HPS pads, Goodrich SS lines, and Russell speed bleeders.
None of the parts came with instructions, but after searching on here I was able to find hints and tips.
My questions are:
If I'm doing this for all 4 sides (lines, pads, fluid, speed bleeders). Should I do the speed bleeders first and flush/bleed the system completely of the old fluid? If so, is it ok to mix the old fluid with the Super Blue without any issues? What are the torque specs for the speed bleeders?
After that I guess I can attack each brake with new pads and lines, bleed the system, and then continue to the next brake, correct?
Thanks in advance for any additional tips/help.
