Brake fluid low/TCS off/Parking Brake light

My car is an 07 GT. I bought it about 2 years ago, and it's only got 30k on the clock since it only gets driven in summer.

The first year I had it I noticed on occasion the low brake fluid light would come on "randomly" and the TCS off light would come on as well. Now since the car has been out for a week the low brake fluid light is on all the time, TCS off light is on, and the parking brake light is on. The brake fluid is not low, the parking brake is most certainly not on since I've been driving.

I've read that there might be a TSB on this issue and that the sensor in the master cylinder is bad which is what is causing the problem.

Can anyone link me to the TSB if there is one? How much would the dealer or another shop charge to fix the problem? or can I do it myself?

I've never heard of a TSB on this. My 07 did it a few times, mostly on hot days in traffic. I pulled the wire from the sensor, cleaned it, put some dielectric grease on it, and it's not done it since.
