i talked to a chandler there this morning and he seemed kinda rude an ass. he was not helpful at all.

Call another shop! Rude = no money from me!!!! They can't be the only one that has what you're looking for. Call BBR, ask to speak to Liz. THAT will give you an idea of rude!!!

i was calling them due to seeing good reviews on the upgrade kits for the saleen s/c 281.

guy just seemed real short like he didnt give a darn.

i was gonna piece everything together but i saw they had everything in a package deal.

Call them back man, that doesn't seem like them. I would recommend Brenspeed to anyone. They have great customer service, maybe he was in the middle of working on a car? I don't think it was intentional at all, they will go out of their way to help any customer.

Yeah, very strange... I too would recommend Brenspeed to anybody. Dealt with them many times and always seemed very helpful. Chandler has always went out of his way to help when I call or drop him pm.

Geez.... Brenspeed is seen as one of the major and more popular site vendors/sponsors here, and I'm sure that Chandler (Brenspeed) will see your post and respond accordingly with an appology.
