Green there is a guy over at mustang forums, turboshelbygt, that works mainly on import stuff. He ported his stock exhaust manifolds and put a high flow mid pipe on for some hp. I think it was like 20 with the whole combo. Its on a SC car too so it probably isn't nearly as much on a N/A.

He did seem to benefit from porting the stock manifolds, but like you said it was a forced induction application. N/A wouldn't see near the gains if any most likely.

Im better of sticking with the longtubes is my guess. Just looking to try something different while the car is apart. With the ported manifolds it would also give the car the stock appearance when I take it into Ford lol.

I think mattD on here ported his stock intake manifold. I think he only picked up 1-2rwhp with it, I remember it was something along those lines

also with the parts i have seen you buying up so far you should run good because the delete plates are rumored to be around 10hp gain , the lt's and the JLT intake will sure help also. You have a stick and those ported heads will def help if you get cams. i would say with all mentioned mods you should see a mid 12 sec range without cams.

Yeah, Im not really concerned about drag times, but I will test the car for sure. Im sending the heads off tomorrow to have them looked at. Im going to run the stock heads POE gave me until they return.
