Yes, the tuner is unlocked and the C&L intake was bought in a package from bama chips with a custom tune. I believe it is the street, but it did not say when i originally bought it.

yes it is the street intake as the racer is a black plastic tube.

I'd be interested in the C&L Intake without the tuner. I have the C&L now but I want to polish mine and I could use one to put on the car while I'm doing it. Let me know if you decide to seperate them
