California special questions

I just bought a 2013 California special with 19k on it and am wondering about some things my car does not have that a lot of articles say it should.
My car has no strut tower brace and I don't know if it should. The vents in the hood are body color and I thought they were supposed to be black. The car had spoiler delete so it got a thin blade in it's place, can the pedestal style bolt on in it's place like most specials had?

I had a 2014 GT CS and it basically consisted of a side scoop and spoiler package, special fadeaway stripes, different wheels and suede seats. I bought the package mostly for the seats.

Mine was grey with black stripes so I couldn't tell you if my hood vents were black or body color. And all GT models had the strut tower brace.
