Can I use a wireless blue tooth CD player on my 2013 mustang?

I just had the head unit soldering fixed and the radio and bluetooth work perfectly. My iphone 8 plays perfectly through the SYNC system. Unfortunately, the OEM CD player is freezing, skipping and distorting while trying to play CD's. (some songs play all the way through, but most freeze for a few seconds and/or skip). I bought a "Cleaning Disc" that is supposed to clean the laser lens, but that did not work, and reading the reviews of all the brands on the market, they are all pretty much made in China and don't work most of the time. Can I buy a "wireless CD bluetooth" player, so I don't have to put the CD in the original Head Unit player, so that I can listen to CD's over my car speakers, etc. Or even one WITH A WIRE that I can plug in to that connection (USB port?) in the middle arm rest connection. I have upgraded the sync system to the 4 point (something) latest upgrade available for my 2013 mustang. I don't want to have to remove the head unit again, and then try to get the OEM factory CD lens replaced. Not worth it. Any help or advice would be appreciated. Thanks

why not just rip the CD into a MP3 to stream it via SYNC - no added cost to you and no worries about any mechanical issues causing poor play

Like Dave said, I’d download all my CDs to a flash drive and use the USB port. You can put a bunch of CDs on a flash drive.

Thanks for the info. Since I have a HP Laptop that does NOT have a built in CD drive, I am understanding that I have to buy a CD burner that would plug into my laptop. Reading the reviews of the CD burners in the $20 to $50 price range, they get a lot of BAD reviews, and a lot of them don't seem to be of very decent quality. Next I would have to copy the CD onto the laptop computer and then load the music onto a flash drive. Probably for most people this is EASY, but I am not very computer savvy so this could take watching some more Youtube videos on how to do these steps. Amazingly, I was able to load the SYNC update onto a flash drive and plug it into my car's USB port and update the SYNC to the latest version. But that took me quite a long time of study to figure out how to do it, and a few failed attempts before I got it right. I guess it is time for the CD to fade away into the vast electronic wasteland after all...LOL~

It’s pretty simple. Use Windows media player, use the “rip” feature. Set the settings to rip the music in mp3 format in the file of your choice. Then drag and drop the songs you want to have on the flash drive. Really simple. May be a learning curve the first time, but it’s worth it. Then you can remove songs as you want to, or just add to new flash drives.

Thanks for that link. I just read the reviews on that item and there are 54 1 star reviews saying that it NOT a good item. I don't want to have to buy it and then take it back to Best Buy

First off, why do you think you would have to buy a CD Burner? A CD player is all you need.
Second, you need to do a little light reading on the ripping process. You don't need to copy them to your computer first. And if the aspect of copying something from one drive (the CD drive) to another drive ( your laptop or a flash drive) is daunting to you, sounds like you would be better off customizing a streaming service music channel with the artists and songs you want.

It’s been a couple years since I’ve used iTunes but you can rip a cd from there and then onto your iPhone. If I recall it’s pretty simple. Just put in the cd while iTunes is up and it should ask if you want to rip it. I have an external cd drive for my laptop and it’s never failed me.

Most new computers do not come with a CD player/burner.
My company no longer sells a computer with one for our Xray or server applications.
