I guess "keeping it clean" will work for this question, but long story short, I punched my dash and now it looks like this....

So back to my question. Can this be fixed?

Well a buddy of mine was driving my car (that's why I was in the passengers seat) and my annoying girlfriend just would not shut up on the phone so I punched the dash. Looking back now, I should have punched a pillow.

I really didn't hit it that hard because I thought the airbag was going to go off.

I think those just stick on if I'm not mistaken. Maybe you can put a new one on or take that off and bend it straight and stick it back on?

do it with the key on and aibag switched to "off". I'd also pull the fuse to be even more "surer"

I've never done it... not really any of us are sure I bet. Call and ask a junk yard maybe they would know..

You can buy just the panel from Ford without buying the entire airbag.

Yes ... I'm Positive .... Don't have part #'s ... but here are prices. I swapped all the panels in my 2006 Mustang to the GT500's ... it's fairly simple to do.

I think there is a complete cover + airbag on ebay right now ...
