So I've called several dealers in my area (NH) and no one wants to swap 3.73 gears into my axle. It's an 08 with 7K on the clock. What is the deal? I basically get the "not interested" response, or "we can do it, but you're looking at $1200-1500" because they want you to go away. Even a local speed shop quoted me $1200! Isn't this a 4-5 hour job, tops??? WTH? Anyone know a shop in new england that'll charge a fair price?

Ha! I got my last set of gears installed for $200. Mustang performance shop. I bought a set of new gears for $125, $85 for a bearing kit, about $40 for fluids. $200 for install.
