Chasing a sound

So much steering rack is leaking n Iv Ben getting this shackling sound coming from the front of the car it's driving me absolutely crazy.. Iv checked coilovers everything is good I checked sway bar n links everything is good. If the seals in the rack go bad would it make a shackle sound . I also did front hubs. It's sounds like two washers clanking together. Any one experience this..bmr tube k member and a arms

I would re torque all of the bolts and verify proper first and re-drive it.
