The seller must have copied and pasted the description from somewhere hence the black instead of blue coating.

And for the shipping price I just realized it's a calculation based on location, guess I'm close enough it's cheap

I've got a 24mm rear bar I'll sell for 90 bucks shipped. I also have a 3 way adjustable 1 3/8" front bar I'll also sell for 90 shipped. Those alum links don't do anything. You cant even see them and they offer no advantage over the std dog bones.

So no I'm not kidding. I don't see this as much of a deal, I see it as a fair price. Just because list price is high doesn't mean thats what everyone pays.
