Since for some reason i can't use the quote button........ I used the grease that came with mine from J&M it was like friggin glue, nasty stuff.

Yea i figure they will break in and probably not make any noise, thanks for all of the replies, but like i said i will check my work again anyways.

dunno bro, probably won't 'break in', not with a knocking noise. Probably something very simple, there's not much to the lca's. Good luck finding the noise, but I bet you do and it's probably an easy fix. I'll do mine up in the next day or two and let ya know if I have any additional noise. But I'm doing an adj uca, the lcas, an adj track bar and springs all at once. The biggest pain in the ass knock I hope I lose is the front strut mount. Bought SVT parts to go in there, can't wait to get rid of that shit.

mustangpartsinstock.com They're a division of LRS, $61 delvd for 2 SVT GT500 strut mounts. Cheapest place I found them. You may want to check with some of the forum vendors, see if they'll match it. I've bought some stuff from artsperformance, he's good about matching prices. I'm surprised yours didn't fall apart when you pulled the front springs out. Alot of them do.

Also had the camber bolts for $20 delvd, Eibach parts. Ken

Mine make a clunking sound when I get on it from a roll.. I believe I did mine on jack stands if i remember correctly.. it's been awhile and had a friend help me. and we did grease them.. were they torqued properly? hmmz.. I believe my friend did it and he probably did it right.. I trust him.. he knows what he is doing and has done them before.
