CMDP Issue

Okie dokie. Well first off have no idea why my tuner's tune couldn't write to the car b/c it kept going into limp mode but then use the can tune on the Predator for CMDP/90mm MAF ( aka the plates and steeda intake ). Well putting that tune on the car it's throwing a throttle actuator code.. has anyone experience this before? Lemme know.. thanks guys

Or more of an issue do you think it's tune related or throttle body itself and being a mechanical issue..

Have you tried cleaning the tb and maf? my tb will do that when it's dirty.

I just installed my FRPP manifold which has deletes.... I haven't had any issues with the throttle body. I sounds like it's the tune... Is everything plugged back in?

I had that issue too, did not push it all the way in and car would not move right at all, clicked it in and it did not fully help then found pollen stuck to the MAF sensor with oil that got in the CAI opening while doing the cam swap, I thought I had big problems!!!

Cleaned Air filter, MAF sensor, throttle body and prayed I did not screw up the swap and all was fine.

From what I know everything seems to be plugged in right, i even unplugged and replugged stuff in. I guess i'll try cleaning things up a bit but I have a strong feeling it's more tune related then anything else.
Because the throttle body CEL isn't a wrench either which i've thrown before when my TPS was going out this is just a CEL which showed up and the code it threw " forces engine shut down " which when I had a problem it actually did and throwing it now and nothing happened makes me wonder whats up

I wonder if you got any of the injector plug-ins crossed up? I'm about to do the CMDP's to my car and I was reviewing the install and I can see how this could happen if not careful or labeled. Not sure if this would even be an issue but just thinking out loud.

See if you can get another tune that includes your mods and reflash it too.

I ordered an SCT tuner and now awaiting for it to get here.. i'll def keep up the posts with the upcoming info.. i've def heard from more then 1 person including tuners that i've spoke to that thinks the chance of it being a mechanical problem being tiny.. so we'll see how it goes.

I think you're on the right track. Too many people have the CMDP's with a proper tune and do not have issues.

Yea, I installed my CMCV's yesterday with a 93Street tune from BAMA and all is well. Runs fantastic! Glad it worked out for ya.
