I’ve had issues about a month going on now it would randomly go into limp mode since then I’ve replaced the maf tb all tb connectors and I’m a lost to what’s the cause
Car will start up and then immediately die. I’m not having any vacuum leaks spark plugs are fine injectors are fine fuel pump and filter are brand new I’m not sure what else it could be throwing codes P2106, P061B, P0113. Any help would be appreciated if anyone has had experience with this

With those codes, it sounds an awful lot like a MAF issue, not TB.

P2106 is the limp mode code. P061B is a PCM code where it’s not able to derive a torque value. P0113 is an intake air temperature sensor (part of the MAF on these cars) high circuit

Is the MAF plugged in? Is it clean? Is the car stock and do you have any way to log with a scan tool or tuner?

If the battery is dead it doesn’t matter what brand.

FYI I have AutoZone DL in my GT and in other cars and no issues.

It will start and idle indefinitely but dies when you open the throttle? Or it will start, idle for a bit and then stall out?

maf is installed in the right direction car starts and idles fine second I give it gas it hesitates and then dies out but since this I replaced the old cold air intake with a stock one and am no longer getting any maf or limp mode codes I believe the gremlins worked there way to the fuel side of things now I’m getting extremely low pressure and getting p0191 now for the fuel sensor

Have you checked all your main grounds? Seems odd that the car would be throwing different codes unless it was something electrical or PCM related.

Also do you have a tuner where you can datalog?
