Still no issues and I've probably put 1k miles on her sense the install.

She also held upto 3 nasty 4,500-5,000rpm launches with MT's out back. Np what so ever!

I do hope you have a drive shaft loop with those launches.

Yup, we installed BMR Frt loop when we installed the DS.

I have the BMR rear loop w/ tunnel brace, CHE drop brackets, CHE Adj. UCA, and the CHE UCA Mount sitting on my work bench just waiting for some free time to install them.

time for a noob question! what is the vibration you guys talk about? like can you feel it through the gas pedal, hear it, car feels off? is it noticeable? im thinking of maybe doing an aluminum driveshaft next year, but want to know waht to look for with said vibration

With your stock DS still installed, drive your car at increments of 5 mph from 55 on up to 125, and "feel" for a vibe...that will be your baseline for when you install a one-piece.

Those have been available for years... aka, the PowerHouse driveshaft. I put mine on in 2006 and it's been perfect from the very beginning.

And as a side benefit... PowerHouse is a supporting vendor here at S197Forum.com.

+100...mine's going on as we speak....together with the rebuild of my rear end (new bearings and LSD carrier) to try to get that pesky 100 mph vibe/hum eliminated.

Drive your car w/the stock DS at various speeds up to 125 to establish the "baseline", so you'll have something to compare to when your one-piece gets installed
