ArtQ just gave me a link to his for sale thread. He has a set of limiters already installed in the phasers for $175 and a set of 26113 springs for $150. All that would be left to buy are spring retainers and horsepower1 on ebay has a set of 24 for $50.

Combining all of these items and my cams would total $800 and the buyer would still have thier phasers and cams assembled to each other for a quick swap if needed or resale.

That's a significant savings over the new cost and you would still have your phasers and cams. In fact if they are in good shape I'd refund $100 of the cam purchase price once the cam/phaser combo was shipped to me.

Thanks,
Bruce

Bump.

I'm also looking for the following as trade or partial depending on what it is: 5.850" rods, stroker crank, and 3.700" pistons.

I'm seriously thinking about a big bore build. It will yield 304 cubic inches with stock stroke. I can do it fairly reasonable price wise.

I've come to the conclusion that the Procharger is a lot of fun but the reality is that I'm rapidly losing interest in going to the track where I can really use it. Going back to na with the current motor will still get me 340rwhp or so. It's good enough for me to get into the high 12's (12.90 @ 107) with my poor driving skills and 3950 lb car but I'd like something that was solid low to mid 12's with my poor driving skills while still being na.

The solution would be to build a bigger motor. I already have cnc heads to help with breathing. I'm fairly certain I'll be able to sell the D1 to fund this project. I'd also have a forged shortblock to sell once everything was swapped over.

I think 370rwhp would be pretty easy to hit with a 304 build and pump gas. If I did a 326 build then 400rwhp would be the target on pump gas. That's a lot of power na. I think it would keep me happy.

If these cams don't sell I'll pull the hot rods out at build time and sell them. I know they will sell quickly and these 127400 cams should work better with the new motor combo.

Back to the for sale thread. Bump. 127400 cams for $425 shipped. Very good condition.
