HUGE UPDATE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Had to share

Got the car back on the dyno today since I was off work. Wanted to get it ready to try for a 9 on the stock converter. We knew the stock catback would be a restriction but didn't think it would be as much as it was! So we pulled off the catback after the x pipe and...

On 13 psi we just made 791 rwhp and 675 rwtq with some tuning left to smooth it all out. We were floored by the performance of this system to start but now the 3 of us are just speechless at this point. Later tonight I'll post a video and dyno graph.

I must unsubscribe from this thread........too much win going on for me to handle.

lol, here is some more. Excuse my excitement after the last pull. :) I need to adjust the gain on the boost controller and some more cam timing to smooth it out, but it should roll out Wednesday.

I re-read the thread, and it looks like your most recent update before this one was 605/540 at 9psi. That's a helluva nice gain! It will run 9s for sure.

Any plans to put this car on E85?

That 605 was actually at 8. I said 9 at first but the sensor was off. Yes it will be on e85 long term. Here is how it will most likely go

Wednesday - hope to go 9's on stock converter
Torque converter goes in - go back to track
stronger suspension parts (may do this at same time as converter)
Not sure there is a reason to, but maybe try a Boss intake
NMRA Bradenton
Texas Mile

Built Engine
Repeat

Nice job guys! Fist pumping like a champ!

Haha, you like that?

Jake just did a pull at 10 psi before he took it off the dyno this morning. Made 715 rwhp and 634 rwtq. Should be pretty quick tomorrow. :)
