cross member...

so i have noticed that some 2007+ stangs have a cross member piece that connects the k-member to itself by the back of the oil pan. our parts department looked it up and said it didnt come on stangs built from 9-04 to 3-07 and was curious as to why that was or if anyone put it on their 05-06 car. thanks.
