Plz tell me you couldn't have done the dyno chart in back-lite too! That last post looks freakin SWEET!

I ABSOLUTELY love mine!!! There was great communication and it came out perfect! I previewed all the colors I could do with just the stock wiring.

BUYERS BEWARE!! placed order jan 10th. received 40 days later. they were not the correct ones.
was apologized to, told the right ones would be expedited, it is now april 8th and i still do not have them. no returns on emails or pm's. the phone nuber i have from a mr clapp neil who is in charge of order fulfiment doesnt answer his phone. and there is no phone number listed on the ford showparts website, go figure.

they did let me keep the wrong ones. however, this doesnt make it right at this point. mjudge told me BEFORE i ordered these that they could be custom made for the shaker. once the wrong ones were sent, again, i was told they would be made for the shaker. $230 is alot of money to get the wrong item and not get the situation fixed. im going to complain as high as i can and if i cant gt in contact with a real person by the end of the day i am filing fraud charges with my bank.
i feel i have been MORE than patient as it s going on three months.

UPDATE: found phone number under the retur policy link. currently on hold

This guy won't give you an RMA or something? If you paid with a credit card they're sunk. I've had a dispute in the past and my CC company spanked them.

yeah, i know i can screw them with fraud charges. about 8 months ago i had issues with Dealer Cost Car Audio. my bank gave me the money back same day. the thing is im torn because i really want these for my shaker. its harder and harder these days to make your mustang stand out. but, im about to just look elsewhere and file the charges and get my $230 back

I'd move on. I'm sure you work waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay to hard for your money and I'd only give it to someone that was as appreciative to have it as you are. Screw em. File the charge, recoup hard earned money, buy the little wife something, live happily ever after.

Yep, they use to be sponsors and I even had to wait 4 months for my stuff and communication was bad. If he could get his communication and customer service to a good level, he would do great. His product is awesome, but not worth the wait.

I USED to be in charge of Internet sales, had to wait month to be paid and I took the flack for his mistakes all the time so I had to walk away. There were more complaints with wrong sills shipped or lack of response then there were satisfied customers . The product is great IF you ever get it in the way it was ordered. Hope you have better luck then I did with this guy.

well, i was told on friday someone would call me or email me. its now tuesday night and ive heard nothing from anyone. so pissed off and mad at this point.
customer service has gone so far down hill. people want your money, $230, then say screwe you once they have it

so, i got these finally today. well, in all fareness, they were dropped at rental office the 22nd.
but, i mean, such an awesome and professional product. i couldnt be happier with the way they came out. they just need to focus on customer service and PR and these guys will have a big market

anyone know where to get the instructions for these? i know its simple but i at least need to know which line for color i want and the hot wire.
also if anyone knows how i would hook these to a plunger switch?
