So I’ve been running a Paxton blower for 5 or so years now. It’s been fun, but it’s time for a change up. I’m going to make the switch to turbo over the winter and believe I’m going with the CX Racing kit. I was thinking of getting the kit without wastegates and without their turbo.
To upgrade right away, I’m wanting a 7875 and some turbo-smart gates. I’ve got a friend that can fab a good charge pipe because Lito doesn’t like the one that comes with this kit.
I don’t have AC, but would like to keep PS and ABS. I hear this kit doesn’t have clearance issues like the On3. Is this a decent option, or is there another better choice? Will a 7875 physically fit where they mount the turbo?
