I have a pretty good buddy who owns 2 vette's.. love talkin cars with him because no one knows shit about anything around here! He is pretty cool, and there is a lot of d bags that own lots of cars...lol

I've had a couple of encounters with cocky vette owners. When I first had my car on the road with the blower, I was at a local cruise and got followed out by a H/C/I C5 Z06 onto the highway. He wouldn't back down so I put several bus lengths on him. I guess he wasn't prepared for the 200+rwhp I had on him.

I've seen a mix of both I know one guy that has a pro charged c5 vette and it is nice and fast but the dude is the biggest shit talker ever lol hes so cocky and one of my real good buddies has a vette to but he's real chill theres bad apples in every group .

I can almost garantee you the vette I met last weekend was on the phone on Mon. ordering a smaller pulley. Lol

With that said I havnt ran into many d bag vette owners but I have noticed a lot of them think they are better then you or somthing. I think that aditude comes with many people with exspencive cars though. I also know a couple guys who have them and will drive them just as hard as I do mine when the time arises.

so me and the girl are heading to the grocery store after watching Dark Knight. We are in her stang. At a stop light and in front of us was a c6 vette. Light turns green and he punches it. She just drives off like normal. A little further down the road he pulls into the grocery parking lot, we pull in and park. I get out and he pulled around and goes, "that thing needs a few more ponies huh?" in a smart ass tone.

I replied, "yeah thats great man, except you were the only one racing."
he says "oh, is that not a 5.0?" I said no, and he just laughed and then drove off. Seriously? Just bc you drive a Corvette doesn't mean every mustang is trying to race you.

My buddy just finished my turbo in my 3v, and we were "test" driving it when a red vert vette came pulling a side pacing us and hitting the gas. All I did was hit the gas slightly so the turbo (not tuned, lol) could build up a little boost, and all you heard was: "ppppsssssssh" then the blow off valve kick in! His face was priceless, totally backed off.

My first autocross event heir douchbag parked next to me in the grid, got out and immediately said "Fucking piece of shit Mustangs are everywhere.".

My response: "That's because only doushfags are allowed to buy Corvettes, and there are far fewer doushfags than normal people."

(Of course, this response would be reserved for heir doushbag, and my type A personality is not normally suppressed in the presence of douchbaggery.)
