Degreeing Cams

I want to set my intake centerline at 114 degrees, this means I need to retard the cams 4 degrees. i see one mistake here if you got 119° and your cam intake centerline is 114° you need to ADVANCE the cam not retard it...

I needed to take it back 4 degrees, to me that is retard. I will look at wheel this weekend to make sure
