You know what's funny, is I was told the same thing about lund and evolution but when I asked fred he told me it was untrue...who knows.
Hey Chris when and where did u run the 9.60? Congrats btw
Yea I noticed that too. So evo is with Lund? I'm leaning towards them cause of price and their track record.
What do u guys feel about installing used gears? Also, is 3.73 too much?
It all comes down to credentials at the end of the day. Ask yourself (or the tuner)
What have you accomplished on my platform? If you have a 5.0, what have they done with the 5.0? Same with any other combo. Results are what you want. See who gets the results.
And I'm not talking about dyno numbers.

agreed. i think im gonna narrow it down to Amazon and Lund. both seem to have stellar support and lund's track record speaks for itself. Now one last thing holding me back.. Should I invest in LT's? i have a 5.0 and currently have an ORX already. Will the gains be worht it? Or what else should I get? I wanna get all my na mods before I switch my tune
Long tube headers are probably worth 20-25 more horsepower on top of your off road X. They are not cheap but probably worth the cost.
Awesome. I googled Lund tuning and got lethal. I guess I didn't check all the way through. That is the route I will go through then. Now, on to the gear question, the reason I ask about that is because when I do contact him I want to have my NA setup complete. Is 3.73 too much gear on an auto with a 3600 stall? I already have the converter. And my eventual plans are to slap a Paxton on so I do not want to spend money twice.
That's what I figured.. So I'll scratch off buying some 3.73's from a buddy. Now it's just the LT dilemma. I'm leaning towards them and the 3.55's and that will be pretty much it. After that I will start building the suspension. Now another rear question, should I replace the stock axles? I was thinking about going with 3.55's, a tru trak, and moser axles with a girdle.
