Difficulty reaching Mike

    Anyone have an issue getting a hold of Mike Rousch?

    I've sent him 2 emails out 3 weeks ago in regards to my datalogs and tune revision, but he hasn't replied to those. 1 week ago, he replied to an inquiry I had about an E85 tune, but won't respond to my other emails. Doesn't answer my calls.

    I can understand that he is a busy guy, however it would be nice to be told that he can't deal with my car if he doesn't have the time. Perhaps he just doesn't like me lol.

    Any help/input would be appreciated.

    He replied to me about 3 hours ago. This forum might be a better way of getting a hold of him at times, as I assume my emails get buried among others. He's been in and out of the shop for a few weeks, from what he told me. I understand he's a busy guy.

    Just go read some of the other forums and the coyote Facebook group about Mike's customer service...it went down the shitter a while ago.
