Well...I was installing HID lights for a friend on their car so I had a few things in my car, including a spray bottle full of Poorboys APC diluted 5:1. Some of it leaked out the tip and I hadnt noticed so next morning I saw a wet area on my seat and wiped it up...so now I have a 1.5"x4" long discoloration on my seat leather...to be honest, it looks like I had a lady friend a little too excited riding shotgun sans panties. I'll get a picture of it later.

I sprayed the area down with CG Leather Cleaner at 3:1, left it on for a minute and wiped it down...Didn't do much. I then did it again but left it on for 5 mins, followed by an application of CG leather conditioner. This still didn't really fix it, so I now have a thick layer of conditioner on the spot and am letting it sit for a few hours.

Any recommendations here besides not being a dumbass and keeping chemicals in the trunk?

Find a automotive interior repair shop near you and they should be able to touch up the seat. I used Fibrenew to repair a tear on my wife's M35 with saddle colored interior. The color matching is so good, even if I tell you where they touched up the color you wouldn't be able to find any mismatch.

Of course, the quality of the color matching is depending on how good the repair guy is...

Oh, and keep chemical in the trunk from now on. :naughty1:

Try leather masters - or leatherique. those are two of the more intensive leather cleaners on the market that i'm aware of.
