well guys it's time to ditch the whipple and go the turbo route, but before i buy everything i want to ask if theres any place with cheaper prices, bad reviews on product, or am i going in the wrong direction. Here's my list (all prices from jpc website)

ford racing 62mm mechanical TB- $589
Big stuff 3 gen 3 ecu w/ DEA & DAI (LS1 coils)- $3,596
Hellion twin turbo for gt500 (intake pipe will be modified to fit gt) w/ 67mm percision turbos & ball bearing upgrade- $10,135
BMR kmember 1/2lower mm- $520
already bought the jpc intake manifold and steeda delete plates

also does anybody know if jpc gives the forum a coupon code?? :D

That's a SERIOUS build, however, I thought the consensus was the Hellion setup sucked? Maybe I missed it, lemme go check....

why hellion if I may ask?? And are you set on twins??? If you haven't seen JPC's hot side kit and your down with a bad ass single you should check it out! But for 10k I am sure there are better twin kits to be had (ie powerhouse, or a straight up custom kit) Sounds like your coming to the darkside either way!!!!!!

he already has a built motor...But twins are over rated in my book...Yeah there cool if you got the cash/don't mind throwing that kinda money at something that could be achieved with a single!

Only reason im going twins is faster spool times. I'm not opposed to going single just I always thought twins were better.
I've called around to some custom kits and I had one guy say I couldn't afford a custom kit with my budget. So my shop Gearheads have done the gt500 hellion kit on a 3v gt and made close to 1,000 rwhp on e85. So I figured I would just do that.

Faster spool times can be had with a quality BB billet wheel turbo...I would get with kenB and see if he wants to use your car has the beta for the 3v TT kit he built on the coyote!!! And if someone cant do you a custom kit for 10k there crazy! Lose the a/c and go with JPCs kit and save you 5 grand

Give Jim Napier at Turbohorspower a call. He is great to work with and can answer all your questions. The Hellion twin kit is a POS in my opinion. I'm not even sure you could get 67mm turbos mounted in that location. I have been very happy with my THP kit and you couldn't find a better guy to work with than Jim.

The other option would be KenB if he is ready to start working on the 3v GT version but I think it's on the back burner with all the time he is spending on the 5.0 setup.

Have a potential kit for you. Customer wants to get rid of his Hellion TT kit. 64mm BB Billet turbos, heat exchanger, secondary intercooler, etc. The whole 9! If you want I can PM you the his number and you can go look at it. He says he's about 45min from you and the car will be back at his house this weekend. Looks to be more parts than you listed you wanting to buy and surely a better price.

Okay guys I called THP today and he said shoot him a e-mail and he'll give me prices on everything.
If the price is right I'll go with THP, if not I'll stick with hellion.
The plan now is 61mm percision bw&bb or the 67mm percision bw&bb with larger intercooler upgrade.

I'm new to turbos so how are the tial waste gate and BOV??
