Used for a few thousand miles with hot rods, lts, and a jlt. Filled with quick steel and all the plugged holes still look good. $100 shipped obo.

I didn't see a change with these specifically. But it was already down because of the hot rod cams and 4.10s

You can do it yourself. Just unbolt the intake, fuel rails from the manifold, and the bolts for the manifold, pull the manifold up (make sure there's no dirt or debris around the bottom of the manifold that can fall into the heads first) flip the maniold over and remove bolts for the plates (2 on each side I think) disconnect plug from the plate motor, insert new plates. Maybe about a 30 to 45 min job
