Been chasing some intermittent P0300 and P0316 for a while now with Lito on my 07 GT. Car has a Steeda CAI, LTs, CMDPs, hot rod cams and FRPP 27lb injectors.

In combing through my data logs and watching real time, I noticed my FPDC at idle is around .20-.25, and at WOT near 6800 RPM, .48-.50 FPDC. Does that indicate that the pump is at/near 100% duty cycle? Is that typical for a bolt on cammed car?

Looking at fuel pressure drop across the injectors, at WOT it holds fairly steady at 40PSI, but on throttle tip in it may drop to low 30s or in some cases lower than 30 PSI, but generally fluctuates between 37-41 PSI.

Fuel filter is new, so I am wondering if the FP sock might be clogged?

A bolt on cammed 3V shouldn't be anywhere near 100% fuel pump duty cycle.
The stock fuel pump puts out 148lph. Even at 90% duty cycle it would support up to ~480 crank hp, well above the ~375 crank HP (~330rwhp) that you have.
You may be onto something about the fuel pump sock being clogged so pull the FP assembly and check.

Went ahead and pulled the pump.

Figured since it was about 20 years old, I’d just replace it so I got a new MC pump. Pics of the old pump sock attached.

After some testing, looks like .2 FPDC at idle, and maxed out at .42 FPDC now at 6800 RPM at WOT.

Will have to see if it keeps the P0300 and P0316 away.
