Manual for mine. I have a shaft for a auto 05. Just wondered if anyone knew the lenghs. We have a shop that cuts them down and rebalences them around here. For around 200 bucks. Since I already have that one I figured id try and save 500 bucks. Ill put it in the air this weekend I guess and mesure it. Was just trying to save me some time and trouble. Also got to take into acount the yoke for rear that would have to be changed don't know how much that will affect length. So if I knew the shaft lenghs I could just remove the difference.

The 2011 are longer than the 05-09 cars. I planned the do the same but they aren't long enough. Also, there is only around 3/16 difference in the flange to flange length between the auto and the stick.
I got a new one from the Driveshaft Shop. Frank did a great job getting me one out in less than a week so I could have it ready for Mustang Week this summer.

Thanks, I thought everyone was saying the 2011 shafts where shorter than the older cars. Oh well.

maybe someone who makes both shafts could chime in on the lenghs. might could keep stock yoke and add a adapter that some brands come with

had my question anwerd. ill just be buying a new shaftmasters unit in a few weeks.

I don't have the exact length info at this time but I do know for sure that the 11' shafts for both the auto and manual are longer than the 05-10 shafts. The 05-10 shafts will not work on the 11' so you'll need an 11' specific shaft for it to fit properly.

if you call spinning and wheel hopping running good, then yeah i did stellar...lol..
track was too cold, 1st and 2nd where usless. those 19s dont like cold at all. 2.34 60ft awsome...lol...spun a bit in 3rd too. had to back pedal 3 times one run. but it still ran in the 12s at 117 so i guess that aint to bad
im shure with some good tires it will go in the 11s
i need to get some lca's at least before i go back, i dont like the wheel hop. guess ill be calling leathal again soon.lol
