I have the maximum motor sports panhard bar... Its adjustable at both ends... Well, I tried adjusting it out about a half an inch or so on the driver's side end(that's the only end you can adjust when its on the car) and it didn't seem to do anything. Do you have to adjust both ends or did I just not move the thing out enough?

Lengthening the bar in any way, will "push" the axle further towards the driver side.

Shortening the bar, in any fashion....will "pull" the axle towards the driver side.

Post a picture of the bar you have.

So essentially what you're saying the drivers side is the only side that moves in our out?

One side is attached to the frame the other is attached to the axle changing the length on either end will result in a different position of the axle under the car shorter moves it to the passenger side longer towards the drivers side.

the two ends should have reversed threads, while you were pulling the drivers side out, is it possible you were pushing the passenger side in?

Maybe... I got it though. I just sucked both ends in as far as they could go and it looks better.

To check that the axle is centered, you need a piece of string, a small weight to tie to the string (such as an old lug nut) and a tape measure.

Secure the weight to one end of the string. Hold the other end of the string against your rear fender so it hangs directly over the center of your wheel. Measure the distance from the string to the center cap on your wheel. Go to the other side of the car and repeat. Both measurements should be the same (or within a quarter inch).

I'm guessing that you have lowering springs. What I do is I adjust the adjustable bar about a 1/2 inch shorter than the stock bar before I bolt it onto the car.

..and remember to remove/install the bar with the car's wheels sitting under the full weight of the car. Park the back on some wooden blocks, even a 2x6, enough to raise it and crawl underneath.

Do NOT try to adjust, install, or remove the panhard with the rear end raised off the ground. That will throw off the natural center/sitting of the bar, plus make it harder to remove and install.

Using the string-taped-to-fender well works really good, if sitting on a level surface.
