ECM wiring

2006 mustang gt. The ECM has 3 plugs. The bigger one is the bottom. The top and middle are the same size. One connector comes from the right and the other comes from left (fan side) Which connector goes in the middle and which goes into the top? Thanks for help in advance.

Middle connector goes to passenger side and into fuse box. Top connector goes toward driver side
