Hello Everyone. I have a weird issue that I haven't seen anyone else have. And since I have a Roush s197, I can't find a lot of information on what the issue could be. During several different scenarios, (parked, coasting, and driving aggressively) the green backlight illumination will suddenly cut out, but the needle lights stay on, making it hard to see my cluster when it is dark. I did a little research which has told me it is an electroluminescent cluster, so the wiring may be different from standard. When it works it's amazing, but I can't find a reason for when it comes on or off, so any advice or potential problems that could assist me would be very helpful. (Image examples are with the same headlight and interior lighting setting)

Having the same issue except mine doesn't light up at all. I've heard the manufacturer (simcoltd.com) can rebuild the cluster but I've tried to contact them for 3 months and every single time it's gone to voicemail.

I'm not familiar with the cluster wiring but it seems to me if you could get a meter on the power supplied to the lights for the cluster you could at least verify if it's a power supply issue or something internal to the cluster. To be intermittent I would guess bad connection somewhere, could be a bad plug, could be loose solder or wire on the cluster itself. Gonna take some digging to find it!
