engine light is on and 2 codes came up

i plugged my tuner in to the car and it read these two codes:

p0340- Camshaft position (cmp) A ckt (b1 or single censor)

p0344- Camshaft position A ckt intermittent (b1 or single censor)

what do these mean and what do i have to do to fix it?
