Mmmm, nice wheels indeed. What made you go with the 45mm offset vs. the 35mm?

I went with the 45 mm offset as this is what comes stock on the GT500 and my Steeda "Ultra Lite" wheels are the same. I didn't want to take changes on changing anything that was already working.

Ah, I see. A good point. I believe the 45mm offset will tuck the wheels further inwards to the center of the car? Do you guys think there could be any fender/tire interference issues with running 35mm offset? I am concerned that the tires could contact the fender if/when you drive over curbing on the track.

From experience, and I HAVE been known to bang a berm or two, the +35mm on a 18x9.5 will not rub... 275/35-18 rubber.

Which width? If you're thinking 10.5" and at least a 285 tire I would not go with 35mm offset. I think they'd hit the fenders. I run 18x10, 45mm offset (or 44mm, I forget), 285/40s and they clear, but not by much. I can't see how a 35mm offset would clear.

Sorry, I meant to ask about 9.5" width....may I ask, what rims are you running, and why did you go with a 10" rim over a 9.5"?
