No exhaust...runs don't count. Run it with an exhaust system in place. Then toss that overdrive unit on the car and see what happens to your weight savings.

Copngrats Fred! I see you moved to the C4. Are you running a stall or tbrake on that setup, or is it off the foot brake?

Because since the GT500 was introduced in the 2007, the main S197 body had to be reinforced for the extra power.

Shit... that's about 400 lbs lighter than mine, and I have a lot of those weight reductions already. The ones I don't have add up to 272 lbs.

I was pitted next to Evolution when he ran those times and the car is very impressive to watch! I checked out the interior and it is gutted. No door panels, no stereo at all, I am pretty sure the console was gone too but I am not 100% sure. It might be driven daily but it is definately a race car being driven on the street with a gutted interior and a C4 in it. I am not trying to take anything away because the car is simply KILLER and the combo gets it done. Everything that could be done to make it lighter and faster has been done.

common untruth. Exact same body and structure.. nothing has changed for 07 besides options.

Don't you weigh more than 185lbs Fred? [j/k]

Huge congrats to you on the new ET's. Your car is VERY impressive in person. Glad the C4 is working for ya.
