I have the inner portion of my FRONT tires wearing at a faster rate than the remainder of the tire tread.

Otherwise my tires are in really good condition.

I had an alignment done and the caster/camber/toe are all in "the green."

Would rotating my tires help out or what would be recommended?

Maybe my wheels/tires are out of balance?

I have found that my car has more body roll and just seems sloppy and not as precise especially in the front. I feel more bumps through the vehicle and seat. On sharp turns I notice tramlining. The wet weather traction is even worse than normal.

I'm being told by the alignment tech I am experiencing a little bump steer as well.

I had my struts replaced and brand new GT500 front control arms installed and that didn't help address this issue.

I have no clunks or sounds in the suspension.

I have tried adjusting my Koni shocks and struts to many firm and soft settings but no luck there.

I have tried each of the 3 settings on my front swaybar and have found the middle setting to be the best.

I just don't want buy brand new tires if it's not necessary.

have the tires flipped. Drive harder. Sounds like you might have a large amount of camber. "in the green" is a pretty big range from the factory.

My Current Alignment:

Camber: Left = -1.4 / Right = -1.4

Caster: Left = 7.3 / Right = 7.5

Toe: Left = 0.04 / Right = 0.03

Total Toe = 0.07
Steer Ahead = 0.00

looks good to me, what tires are you running. some of the nitto's are a little harder on the outsides to even out tirewear on lowered cars. other than that, i'd also say drive harder, understeer will even them out!!!! :D

if it dont stop just put camber bolts in..easy and cheap.. and well i work for bridgestone if tires are not staggered rotate and balance every 6,000 miles or every other oil change

I am still running the 17" OEM Pirelli Nero Zeros.

I have the Steeda Upper Strut Mounts and thought using camber bolts weren't the greatest idea.

Would the Steeda Bumpsteer Kit help or not worth it?

So I got my wheels/tires balanced and rotated.
They told me the inner tire wear wasn't so bad.
My tires were out of balance so they rebalanced them.

The tech said he noticed I had some brake dive but my brake pads snd rotors are fine.

What would give my car brake dive?

Could it be a bad strut? I had the driver's side replaced but not the passenger side because it was fine. I thought I had to replace both at the same time but some people say yes and some people say no.

Maybe the stock front endlinks suck?

While driving I think I am experiencing body roll. My car travels straight but it's especially sloppy when I hit any kind of bumps in the road. The handling isn't crisp and precise like I once had. Is this bump steer?

I'd describe it as the feeling of the rear-end suspension on a bone stock Mustang but it's in the front suspension.

I don't know how else to explain it or put it into any other words.

What do any experts out there think it COULD be?

1) Stock endlinks?
2) Passenger side strut?
3) Stock swaybar mounts?

how did the tech notice you had brake dive? little test drive for him eh? and -1.4 will certainly cause to tires to wear on the inside, at least a little. i run -1.2 and still get a bit of inside wear. so you rotate the tires more, every 5k or so, make sure the pressure is ok and drive it harder lol. stock springs?

What your describing sounds like stock mustang suspension to me...

Could be bushings wearing out but that's practically impossible to discern from behind the wheel. Sounds like someone got in your head.

As for your tire wear, too much camber and not enough aggressive driving is my guess.

I have the Vogtland 1.2" Leveling Springs.

I check/adjust tire pressures weekly.

And which bushings?

I have brand new GT500 front control arms on.

My signature has my suspension mods listed.

You have a very good suspension system based on the upgrades you installed and your alignment specs also look good. I run -1.7 on my daily driver and road course car. I'm surprised the tech said you have brake dive given the springs and shocks you have - I have no such problems with my Koni Yellows and Vogtland 1.2" springs. It's not your OEM front sway bar endlinks - they're fine. However, I noticed you don't have the Steeda X5 Ball Joint & Bumpsteer Kit. I also recommend the Fays2 F2S Watts Link. I have the Prothane Front Control Arm Polyurethane Bushings installed.

The only thing with that is my suspension was pretty tight and precise with everything I currently have installed.

I don't think I have any brake dive, but the tech said he noticed some.

No matter what speed I drive my car feels sloppy in the front especially over any type of bump in the road. The car seems to want to bounce around more and not maintain composure. It feels like a bad strut or maybe the stock front endlinks.

I don't want to throw on more parts until I get this straightened out.

I can't use the Steeda X5 Ball Joints because I am running 17" wheels.

I would install the Bumpsteer Kit but I would have to get ANOTHER alignment, right?

This is becoming overly complicated.

If you don't have any way to take camber out, you have more than you want. That combined with any kind of toe out of too much toe in will wear the inside edges. Lowering a car gives more negative camber. I think you have mounts. Take a look and see if the struts rods are tilted to the outside of the car.

"green" isn't good enough, the range Ford specs is HUGE. -1.5 will turn the thing "green" but it's a lot for a street car. I'd run no more than -1 on a car that is a street only car, and if you don't carve corners much I'd run the Ford Spec -.75.

Balljoints and bumpsteer kits won't help that wear. And frankly I don't find bumpsteer to be much of an issue at mild drops anyway. Get Sportline kind of low and then it's smart to start looking at those things.
