First, if I'm doing JBA LTs and H pipe what what should I do for mufflers if I want to stay on the quieter side and keep good HP?

Also, is there a down side to using 3" pipe vs the 2.5?

you'll only benefit from 3" if you are over 600 rwhp

the stockers will work fine and sound good with out being to loud​

I kept my stock axle backs, just because I like the sound.
