Mine works with Hotchkis swaybars. Plenty of clearance. I have to agree with the steeda powdercoat statement. They send their parts to a local powdercoater in FL and it's not the best. I've had the thing 3 weeks and am already noticing rust in a few spots. Not that I'm worried about a few rust spots but cosmetically it annoys me on a $1000 part. I may remove the center bar and send it to a local powdercoater for a nice coat of red to match the rest of my suspension parts. Haven't noticed rust on the axle clamps..maybe it's a heavier coat.

thanks Sam, im sold on the fays!
Note to anyone comparing - also remember the steeda has a right side axle mount that hangs way low and the fays doesnt. Some people like to have a cool thing hanging down that people driving behind you can see. Others dont. Others are afraid you're gonna spear a chipmunk with it if you drive over one.

There's a large bump getting into our garage at work on the passenger side of the car when you pull in. My buddies VW GTi scrapes it regularly if he's not careful. My steeda watts has never contacted it and I race in there pretty quickly at times. Plenty of clearance, no problems there.

Either brand will probably suit you well. I went with steeda because of the noise factor. It's completely silent and that was really important to me. They both do the same thing, along with saleens, torco, griggs etc. It's just an axle centering device...one that works really well.

its even with the wheel, so if its a bump, it cant possibly scrape because your wheel is always lower. BUT if you straddle something, thats when itll hit.
